M60 Alarm Dialler Digital Voice / VoIP
The M60 was specifically designed for seamless compatibility with Digital Voice and VoIP systems, ensuring full compliance with all VoIP or Digital Voice platforms.
For over 20 years, both our current M60 and previous alarm dialer systems have been successfully connecting to and operating with Digital Voice and VoIP technology.
What is Digital Voice & VoIP?
VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) and Digital Voice allow phone calls to be made over the internet instead of traditional analogue PSTN (copper) phone lines.

When you place a call using a Digital Voice or VoIP service, your provider establishes a virtual phone line between you and the recipient over the internet. This experience is typically seamless and comparable to using an analogue line.
In the UK, the shutdown of PSTN analogue lines is planned for completion by the end of 2027. Other countries may have different timelines, with potential exceptions or delays to their published schedules.
