The Level 8 Dialler from the Early 90’sThe Level 8 Dialler from the Early 90's! This was a slight deviation away from our normally Emergency Alarm Dialler's Like the M30 and its forbears the MM20,MD20,MK12,MK7 etc. The Level 8s main function was to intercept incoming calls when the main phone switchboard was put into "Night Service" mode and then to automatically transfer a call from any coming exchange line to an answering machine if that call was not taken manually on the "Night Service" Line.

MK7 Alarm Autodialler from the 1970sBelow is some Literature on the MK7 Alarm Autodialler from the 1970's. It came with an intergrated battery backup and could send its alarm messages to up to 5 different people. The interesting feature to notice is that it used an 8 track tape!!

The MKII Alarm Autodialler from 1963The MkII Alarm Autodialler from around 1963 advertised at the time at the "Standfast Alarm Unit". All the Alarm Messages were recorded and stored on the reel to reel tape on top. It was designed to connect to the G.P.O Public Land Telephone lines and designed to monitor.

The Mk4 Alarm Autodialler from the 1960’s!The Mk4 Alarm Autodialler from the 1960's! Notice the Reel to Reel Tapes on top and the Internal Valves. This Early Autodialler certainly did not connect to the GSM Networks, this was a pure PSTN machine with Pulse / loop disconnect dialling. We still have one in our showroom purring away!

1978 Article on the MK12c, a Predecessor to the M30 AutodiallerBelow is an early article from the 1978 Poultry World magazine on the Mk12C automatic autodialler an early predecessor of the M30 Alarm dialer. This machine had its messages stored on 8 track tapes!!!!
